- 99th Regional Support Command (RSC)(USAR) - The mission of the 99th is exercising peacetime command and control of all assigned units. The 99th also provides full-service support to all Army Reserve units in its assigned area of operation. Another aspect of the 99th mission is supporting Army Reserve unit mobilizations during periods of crisis and war, as well as reconstituting units following demobilization and return to home station.
