- Delaware Paralegal Association - Formed in early 1976, the association has grown to a membership of over 300. The DPA publishes a monthly newsletter entitled The Reporter, holds monthly lecture luncheons, sponsors an annual paralegal/attorney dinner and provides the legal community with continuing education seminars.
