First, it is of utmost importance that I note that Urban Chaos for the PC is a very good game...but thats because you can largely see what's going on, and what you can see is always very pretty. Urban Chaos was either ported badly to the PSX or should never have been ported at all. Take your pick, but it doesnt work on a comparable level in either case."
