The 336th day of 2008 falls on the first day of December, the final month of 2008. It's time to finish off those Thanksgiving leftovers, eat a red apple and gear up for upcoming Repeal Day on Friday.

This is because the 75th anniversary of the 21st Amendment (or the end of prohibition) is next Friday, December 5 and a lot of places are throwing big partiesto celebrate.

There's nothing like having Thanksgiving dinner in a hotel boardroom. When I sit down tomorrow afternoon (because apparently Thanksgiving "dinner" is always eaten by 2PM, virtually guaranteeing that you'll be starving again by real dinnertime), it will be in a giant hotel restaurant surrounded not just by family but by everyone else's nearest and dearest.

Her last tour ran from June through November and took the young star to Nashville, Tennessee for the Country Music Awards where she earned the Video of the Year Award.

The next few weeks in New York City will see the creation of elaborate window displays meant to elicit holiday cheer.
