EEAC is pleased to announce two upcoming special training events to assist member companies in understanding and preparing for the new FMLA regulations, which go into effect early next year. The first is a web workshop on Wednesday, December 10, 2008, from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST, designed to provide an overview of the new requirements. The second is a one-day seminar on Thursday, January 22, 2009, from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at EEAC’s Training Center, in Washington DC, that will go into significant detail on how to comply with the new requirements. Please click here for more information.

EEAC's weekly memoranda — our signature member benefit — analyze and provide practical guidance on important regulatory, legislative, judicial, and policy developments affecting company equal employment opportunity and affirmative action compliance programs.
